프랑스의 호텔 등급은 어떻게 될까요?
다른 나라와 마찬가지로 5성 등급일까요?
네 맞습니다.
프랑스도 일반적인 나라들과 마찬가지로 5성 등급을 사용합니다.
다만, 조금 다른 점이 있습니다.
5성 등급 외에 프랑스 관광청에서 선정한 최고급 호텔 등급이 별도로 존재합니다.
공식인증 6성급이랄까요?
(실제 6성급을 부여하는 주요한 나라는 없는 것으로 알고 있습니다.
호텔이라는게 유럽 지역에서 시작된 것이라 대체로 유럽의 5성 등급을 따라가고 있기 때문이죠.)
아무튼 이 등급을 'Palace(팔라스)'라고 부릅니다.

2. 전문 패널의 평가
일반적인 5성 등급 평가와 크게 다를건 없지만 더 엄격히 보나 봅니다.
아무튼 프랑스의 초고급 호텔들은 이 등급을 따기 위해 매우 노력하죠.
리츠파리(Ritz Paris)는 이 등급에서 떨어졌다고 전면 리노베이션을 진행하기도 했었습니다.
