일본에 월도프 아스토리아가 들어온다고 합니다.
‘우메키타 재개발 사업’으로 불리는 오사카역 남쪽 니혼바시 재개발 지구에 생긴다고 하네요.
2025년 오사카 엑스포 이전에 오픈하는 것이 목표라고 하는데...

더 작은 미팅이 증가할 것으로 예상되고 있습니다.
이 밖에 출장 여행 관련 소식은 많지만...
코로나19가 잠잠해질 때까지 예측이 큰 의미가 없는 수준이라 전해드리지 않고 있습니다.
빌 게이츠는 출장 여행이 코로나 이후에는 이전 대비 50% 수준에 그칠 것으로 말하기도 했었습니다.
빌게이츠 뿐만 아니라 많은 레포트에서도 코로나 이전 수준의 출장은 없을 것으로 예측하고 있기는 합니다.

구글이 광고에 서드파티(Third-Party) 쿠키 사용하지 않겠다고 발표했습니다.
대신 방문하는 사이트 등을 기반으로 같은 관심사를 가진 그룹(Cohort)를 만든다고 하네요.
이후 2023년까지 연기되긴했지만 여튼 시행은 확정되었는데요.
이를 기반으로 마케팅/광고를 진행하던 호텔 업계에 큰 영향을 줄 것임은 자명합니다.
호텔 등은 First-Party 데이터를 확보하는게 매우 중요해졌습니다.
저도 컨설팅을 진행할 때 호텔 내부에 쌓인 데이터가 부족한 경우가 많았는데
이제 좀 정신을 차리고 제대로 관리하려나요.
