2022년 실적부터 알아보겠습니다.
미국호텔들은 보시는대로 재무적인 측면에서 사실상 2019년을 넘어서고 있습니다.
수요, 매출, 영업이익 등등 사실상 다 넘어섰네요.
뒤에서 전해드리겠지만 인건비는 역대 최고 수준이기도 합니다.
이는 다른 분석회사들의 데이터에서도 확인되고 있습니다.
사실상 코로나로부터 벗어났습니다.
(인플레이션을 고려한 현재가치 환산 시 아직 조금 부족하긴 합니다.)

전세계적으로 수요는 지속적으로 회복되고 있습니다.
지난 2월에 호텔도 드디어 2019년 수준을 회복했습니다.
반면 항공은 아직도 갈길이 먼데요.
이는 호텔의 수요가 상대적으로 내국인 위주로 돌아가고 있다는 것을 의미합니다.
지역별로는 중국의 리오프닝에 힘입어 아시아태평양지역의 회복세가 가파릅니다.
2월 기준 2019년 수준을 회복하지는 못했지만 아마 지금쯤이면 회복이 되었을 것으로 보입니다.
