8월에는 로이터에서 중국의 고령화를 소개하면서
이에 따른 중국의 노인 관광객은 여행사에 이익이 될 수 있음을 소개했습니다.
향후 10년 동안 50~60세 사이의 거의 미국 전체 인구에 가까운 약 3억 명이 은퇴한다고 분석했는데요.
중국의 고령화위원회(National Committee on Aging)는 2040년까지 노인 여행이 중국 내 관광의 50%를 차지할 것으로 예측했습니다.
우리나라도 근거리이니만큼 중국 고령층 관광객들에 대한 대비가 되어야 할 것으로 보입니다.
이미 중국인 관광객 연령대를 살펴보면 고연령 고객들의 증가가 관찰되고 있죠.
