인도의 야놀자인 Oyo가 2023년 3월에 제출했던 IPO 신청을 철회했습니다.
현재 리파이낸싱을 마무리하는 단계에 있으며, 이후 IPO를 추진할 계획이라고 합니다.
리파이낸싱은 4억 5천만 달러 규모로 이자율 9-10%로 예상됩니다.
이는 현재 14%에서 크게 낮아진 이자율입니다.
재무적으로는 첫 해에 800만-1000만 달러, 이후 연간 1500만-1700만 달러의 이자 비용을 절감할 수 있을 것으로 기대됩니다.
Oyo의 IPO 역사는 몇년 되었는데요.
2021년 첫 IPO 신청 후 철회했었습니다.
